Paste any YouTube link

Go to the Create page and paste your YouTube URL into the composer. EchoMe auto-detects YouTube links and asks whether the video is yours: This is me or Not me - write my take. Then choose Make content now or, for a channel link, Save videos to clip later. Works with any public YouTube video: watch pages, share links, and shorts. Videos you mark as yours also train your voice.

EchoMe downloads and transcribes

EchoMe fetches the video and transcribes the audio automatically. No manual transcription needed. Processing time depends on video length. You can leave the page; the kit lands in Your Library.

Tip: YouTube links may be intermittent. For reliable results, download the video and compress it first.

AI extracts the best clips

EchoMe analyzes your transcript and identifies the most engaging moments, up to 12 clips per video. Each clip shows a strength score. If the video has multiple speakers (interviews, podcasts), a split-screen version is generated automatically. Open a clip to trim it with Apply trim. Trimming can only shorten a clip, and Reset to original undoes it.

8 caption styles

Every clip gets captions. Choose from 8 styles: Modern, Big & Bold, Color Pop, Karaoke, Underline, One at a Time, Subtitle Bar, and Clean & Simple. Position captions at the top, center, or bottom. Switch between Single Speaker and Split Screen when a split version exists. If your video already has captions on screen, turn off Add EchoMe captions. Use Download 1080p or Download without captions.
