Team Voices: Multiple Voice Profiles

Echo Teams lets you create separate voice profiles for every team member, brand, or client. Each voice builds its own unique waveform and knowledge base, so content always sounds like the right person.

The Echo Teams plan is $47 per voice per month with a 2-voice minimum and no upper cap. Add voices any time as your team grows. Upgrade from the Billing page.

2

Open the Team Voices tab

Once you're on Echo Teams, a Team Voices tab appears next to Your Voice. This is where you manage all voice profiles for your team. Your default voice is created from your profile, so you can edit it first.

3

Create a new voice profile

Click Add Voice. Give it a name and a short description, pick a knowledge base (or create a new one), and fill in the profile context. Use one voice for each team member, brand, or client. Each profile is independent.

4

Feed each voice separately

Each voice uses its own knowledge base. Add material that belongs to that voice, such as videos, emails, blog posts, and social media examples, to its knowledge base.

Tip: Each voice profile builds its own unique waveform. The more you feed it, the more distinct it becomes.
5

Select which voice to use when generating

Use the Active Voice switcher in the sidebar to choose which voice profile to use before you generate. The generated content will match that voice’s style, tone, and knowledge base, not a generic average of all voices.

6

Filter Your Library by voice

See what each voice has produced. Use the voice dropdown in Your Library (All Voices, a single voice, or No Voice) to review and manage content across your team.

Tip: Great for agencies managing multiple clients. Each client gets their own voice without cross-contamination.
